Needle shaft and tip identification are major prerequisites to avoid nerve or blood vessel damage when performing ultrasound guided Regional Anesthesia procedures. Many needles do not provide the necessary reflective qualities to allow a good and safe decision basis on needle positioning, especially at steep angles. The patented “Cornerstone Reflectors”, that are the major feature of all Pajunk echogenic needles, solve this problem and provide the best ultrasound visibility possible, irrespective of the insertion angle.

SonoPlex needles were especially developed by Pajunk for single shot nerve block applications, allowing for placement under ultrasound and stimulation techniques (Dual Guidance). Stimulating Single Shot Nerve Block Needle
The UniPlex NanoLine needles have been especially developed for single shot nerve block applications, allowing for stimulation guidance only. With the introduction of the NanoLine thin layer coating technology, Pajunk became the innovative technology leader in stimulation guided nerve block needles. The new type of coating offers improved gliding properties and precise stimulation while reducing needle thickness. All coated Pajunk nerve block needles are using the NanoLine technology that was introduced with the UniPlex NanoLine needles.
