An intensive care hero
HERO combines several solutions for the pediatric intensive care. The Rotational System is easily accessible and the lateral tilt can be customised.
The Radiotransparency allows diagnostic examinations performed directly from the bed, and the Weighing System monitors the patient’s weight in real time. These features help operators and improve the comfort of young patients.
Broad area of radiotrasparency
HERO is equipped with radiotransparent backrest and a removable X-ray cassette holder, which allows radiographics to be performed with the bed in a horizontal position, without moving the patient. This solution helps simplify the entire diagnostic process.
Intuitive touch screen consolle and customisation
The touch screen console is located on both sides of the bed, is accessible only by the operator and manages the functionality in a simple way. The controls are intuitive and the multilingual interface offers immediate support to the operator.
Alerts can be configured by setting the desired parameters, ensuring a functional and safe experience.
Programmable patient-supporting lateral tilt
The Rotational System provides a dynamic patient support, and provides a safe environment for the operators during clinical procedures.
Customised rotation programmes can be set via the touch screen console, with configuration of the number of cycles, times and angles. This function helps prevent complications deriving from a prolonged stay in the same position such as pressure ulcers and intrapulmonary fluid formation.
Moving a patient, especially if he cannot cooperate, is always a sensitive step for the hospital
staff. Thanks to the inclination of the mattress platform, this operation becomes easier, also for a single operator. With HERO, the Lateral Tilt can be activated from push button panel on both sides.
Technology at the Service of healthcare
The operator can monitor the status of the bed and the patient. Customised alerts are easily identifiable, providing operators with an intuitive-to-use tool. Data are automatically stored, remotely searchable and exportable with full respect for privacy.
