Diagnosis is easier: X-rays directly on the stretcher
VELA is equipped by a fully radiotrasparent area that allows X-rays without having to remove the patient. Thanks to the sliding X-ray cassette holder along the entire length of the stretcher, examination times are reduced, improving the efficiency of the diagnostic process. The stretcher has a fully radiotrasparent backrest, compatible with image intensifier.

Flexibility and Security, for operators
DRIVE SYSTEM facilitates handling in tight spaces, reduces fatigue and improves transport efficiency. Ramps with inclinations of up to 10% can be managed easily and safely. The intuitive throttle command allows the control of both motion and forward speed. The control system, which activates the movement of the 5th wheel, is located on the head-side panel. The control interface is realised via a push-button panel with indication LEDs.

VELA XL is equipped with an extended mattress platform that improves patient (including bariatric) comfort maintaining the stretcher’s external dimensions for agile handling.
