The IT-158 transport incubator provides a uniform and stable microclimate for safe and efficient transport of newborns in hospital environments, as well as in ambulances and aircraft.
Its vital module is comprised of two 12 V rechargeable batteries, ensuring autonomous transport for up to four hours.

Main features
Control panel:
• Panel with microprocessor control for temperature control modes: Air mode and Skin mode (servocontrolled through a skin sensor);
• Easy-to-view LED indicators, even in low-light environments, with simultaneous air and skin temperatures;
• Soft-touch membrane keypad;
• Visual indicator of the heating power level and heating mode;
• Automatic self-test system for all the functions;
• Audible and visual alarms for power failure, disconnected skin sensor, air circulation, high and low temperature and others.
Hood:
• Optical quality, double-wall, acrylic hood, enabling greater stability and easy patient viewing;
• Eight dampers for inserting cables and sensors;
• Double tube insert or iris sleeve (optional);
• Front, side and rear patient access;
• Auxiliary LED lighting with flexible arm.
Bed:
• Sliding feature facilitates patient care and enables quick access to the upper airway of the patient;
• Velcro straps for greater newborn safety;
• Mattress with anti-stress foam and waterproof cover made out of non-toxic and self-extinguishing materials.
