Hydraulic stretcher, 2 section mattress platform, adjustable height, structure made of painted steel with frame on 4 swivelling wheels base frame and lifting system on 2 round hydraulic columns controlled by foot pedals. Mattress platform adjustments operated by three pedals at foot side, for variable height, trendelenburg and reverse trendelenburg. The 2 sections are removable for an easy cleaning and disinfection. 4 receptacles for I.V. pole at the 4 corners of the mattress platform. Backrest adjustable by gas spring lever, servo assisted. Folding side rails, quick descent, on 6 uprights with upper profile in plastic material, 39 cm containment above the mattress platform. The stretcher is provided with lateral longitudinal bumper bars in anti-shock plastic material. 4 additional bumper wheels in rubber, at the 4 corners of the stretcher. On both sides the stretcher is equipped with an accessory holder metal bar (drainages), each one provided with 2 sliding and repositionable hooks in plastic material with a 3 kg capacity. The push-handles at head and foot side allow an optimal grip by the operators. The push-handles can be removed to ease the movement of the patient and are equipped with an inbuilt hook for the patient bag. Base frame with 4 diam. 200 mm non-marking wheels with antistatic system, swivelling on ball bearings, with lever operated breaking system at the four corners of the base frame: – simultaneous lock/unlock of the 4 wheels; – 3 wheels swivelling and 1 directional. Base frame equipped with easy to clean cover in plastic material. The cover, with a particular shape, includes: – 1 compartment for oxygen bottle with fastening belt for oxygen bottles of different dimensions (up to a maximum of 7 litres), – 1 compartment for clothes and 2 compartments to store horizontally the I.V. pole, when not in use. All metal parts are epoxy powder coated with BiocoteĀ® antimicrobial additive, based on silver ions. Powder Coating: All metal components of the stretcher are subjected to particular mechanical-chemical treatments to guarantee the best aesthetic-functional result and durability. The semi-finished products are first put into the sandblasting cabin, a process that allows to have surfaces perfectly suitable for gripping the painting, then subjected to phospho-degreasing treatment.
